Designing the next generation of remote assessment

Mobile Learning has worked together with Health and Government organisations that support frontline workers in remote, regional and offline environments.

We have developed deep domain expertise to solve the challenges of mobile remote assessment, offline training, security, privacy and re-synchronisation.

We’ve designed solutions for complex assessment workflows, methods for creating digital evidence of demonstrable competency that can be measured, assessed and audited by Ambulance Paramedics, Police, Defence, Army on the field, to Navy Assessors at sea.”

Founder Anthony Chung and the “Mobile Learning” team have been redefining mobile first remote assessment and learning for over a decade.

Taking the same approach with Conja.

Conja has grown out of the need for Mobile learning to have the space to innovate to succeed in the new world of AI driven remote training.

As we did with Mobile Learning, we have put in the pain upfront, building a robust proprietary XR platform with powerful multimodal management capabilities. We’ve integrated APIs for a range of AIs from LandingLens to Google Gemini and are now building the task-based workflows to allow the AI to drive the ultimate demonstration and guidance-based XR training models.

These models with multimodal input, conversational AI-driven instruction, generative AI analysis and rich immersive XR output are the future of enterprise training.

They also facilitate the upskilling of entire new workforces who can take up the slack in a world that is struggling to support an ageing population and find skilled labour prepared to travel or work in rural and regional locations.

The experience to build for success

As a seasoned strategist with extensive experience in innovation and scaling start-ups, David Anstee has formulated Conja’s plans reflecting a strong strategic platform to build from.

“We’re all committed to helping people live their best lives by making making the home a model of safety that is tailored to each individual’s needs, but to build the products to achieve this not only requires the skills of Anthony and his development team, it requires experienced heads from a range of disciplines.

We’ve got a highly experienced team in house who can not only craft industry leading products and strategy, we understand the potential of Conja and how to build long terms strategies to maximise this potential both for the common good, and a host of new and exciting scenarios.”

Among other notable achievements, David assisted with the application of leading edge triangulation technology that underpins the immediate assistance solution for NRMA members, leading to the renowned NRMA HELP … a game changer and a global leader in assistance.

An ecosystem to support development and opportunity

We have close relationships with key institutions and organisations facilitating a co-design approach to ensure our development strategies are closely aligned with the needs of the market.

We firmly believe firmly that all development should be conducted to the highest ethical standards and we work closely to a number of collaborators across UNSW and UTS to ensure best practice.

Technology and capabilities ecosystem

Conja is built on Spatial Computing User Interfaces on Apple mobile devices, leveraging iOS and Apple hardware with Augmented Reality and Lidar measurement capabilities.

We are committed to the NVidia Omniverse ecosystem and are a part of the NVidia Inception program integrating NVidia Omniverse technologies to support how large teams coordinate to manipulate OpenUSD digital twins.
